This is amazing. 8 replies & nobody has corrected my spelling of the word laser :D
A spelling nazi on this board would make a shedload of posts. My view is that correcting someone's spelling is bad form so long as what was posted makes good sense. Anyhow sod's law says you'll make a mistake yourself somewhere in the post quibbling about a minor matter - happens time without number :)

TBH I don't have any issues with inkjets but I have no idea quite why as I know many people do and I hardly use mine on a regular basis.

Here are a few mono laser printers in an email I have just received from Saverstore.com:

Lasers are capable of photo-quality printing.
I took part in a project called 'Colchester24' and one of the places that printed-out and displayed some of the images printed them on an office colour MFD.
The end results were as good in not better than a photo inkjet.

Continuous ink systems can save you a fortune on ink costs. I use one of my Espon printer. (6 inks) I got a good deal at the computer fair.

£20 including 6 decent sized bottles of ink. Inks lasted about 5 years and it cost me £8 for another set of bottles.

I think its 8 years this year?
