Santander 123 cashback on online statements

I have recently acquired a S123 cashback credit card, however I can't seem to find the cashback I've earned on the online statement.

The paper statement hasn't arrived in the post yet. As this is my first statement, will cashback be shown on my 2nd and subsequent statements?

Call Santander and ask them directly, they're paid to do that.

It will appear on your next statement.

Cash back on month 1's purchases will be subtracted from your month2 total and so on.

    Hope this helps.

I have a 123 CC too and this annoys me. The online and paper statements contain different information.
When you get your paper statement you'll see (at the end of your transactions) the cashback paid. It's broken down in 1%, 2% and 3%.
Online, there's a box at the top of the My Accounts page (the first page when you log in) that says:
In the last 31 days you earned £x.xx and your total since account opening is £x.xx.
(It's not actually quite true: the value given is the amount of cashback added on your most recent statement, not in the last 31 days.)

The cashback is credited on the day your statement is produced and will appear online on your next statement.

So, in summary, this month's cashback on the paper statement, last month's online.
    Clear as mud, right?
