Lloyds. Most complained business about in UK. Check NEW site!

There are so many victims of Lloyds, the most complaine about business in UK. With more than one OFFICAL complaint to Finanial Ombudsman every two minutes, no wonder the FO is ALSO accused of corruption. (With such an incredible volume of end-ending complaints, how could they possibly get 100% correct?)
The author of this post, together with numerous other victims telling the truth on Lloyds FB page, is barred.
One of the few places to air genuine grievances is on the new site, "The People against Lloyds".
Post, re-post and share to expose this EVIL company!

I have never had an issue with Lloyds and had multiple loans, credit cards and accounts with them

Where's your evidence to support your claims about their complaints?
Credit 'Score' - Don't buy the credit 'score' that Experian, Equifax and Noddle want to sell you. It's an arbitrary number that means nothing when it comes to applying for credit.

Had my main account with them for decades. So have built up an excellent relationship. No reason to complain. After all banking is very simple if you take care of the pennies.
  • Been with them for 24 years, just got another loan from them to buy a car (September) you can now make online overpayments, and they then send you a nice letter confirming the extra payment, and telling you how much interest you have saved.
    Nice touch I thought.

Lloyds Banking Group has more customers than any other business in the UK.

That could explain why they get more complaints than other business.

    Just a thought ...

HSBC is the biggest bank in the UK, so that wouldn't make sense?

My account with them was opened when I was just a nipper been with them solely through childhood to now. 20 years later not one complaint, I've had loans, overdrafts and my main credit card with them and they have always been really reliable and helpful.

HSBC's UK operations are modest compared to LBG. In 2007 HBOS had a bigger share of the current account market that, now combined with Lloyds and TSB, would be more than double that of HSBC.

In addition, Halifax, as part of LBG, has more savings customers than any other bank or building society.

It does make sense Lloyds Banking Group has a significantly larger base than HSBC in the UK.

HSBC is the largest bank by market capitalisation. LBG has the largest customer base in the uk - stands to reason that they will have the largest number of complaints. HOwever, as a proportion their complaints excluding PPI are one of the lowest ie complains per 1000 accounts.

I've never had a problem with Lloyds or any of its offshoots. Can you give us some examples of why this is "an evil company?" Bearing in mind that every company will fall down on occasions.
