Tesco Credit card

Hi i applied for a Tesco credit card and it’s been accepted received it yesterday but the club card number on the credit card does not match the number on my actual club card is this normal the reason i ask is I’m going to be referred by someone and earn 1000 point but don’t want them to end up missing or in someone else’s account just looking for someone to shed light on the matter

    Yes the club card number is different.

    Mine has the Clubcard number printed right across the bottom of the card; there's a little grey panel alongside it that reads; "Clubcard number" - but you might need your specs to notice that! :)

    Lol thanks guys that clears it up ill go ahead and try to get these points it seems that the points are allocated on the credit card account not the clubcard one but still can be spent like normal

    I asked them about this when I got my tesco cc, the accounts get associated so you have two clubcard numbers (your normal clubcard number and your credit card clubcard number) with the points getting combined into one overall account that feeds into your statements and vouchers
    - Mortgage: 1st one down, 2nd also busted
    - Student Loan gone
    Swagbucks, Mingle, GiffGaff, Prolific, Qmee & Quidco; thank you MSE every little bit helps

    But, if you buy fuel at tesco, remember to use the credit card as a clubcard (whether you use it to pay or not) for the double points!
