ok so i am newly single
and a mum to 3 youngish children, i also suffer quite badly with mental health issues and lack any motivation,
so i think hiring a cleaner is the best way to go,
do any of you hire a cleaner?
how many hours a week would be right to tidy/clean the house and do the ironing? the house isnt a pig sty, i wash pots and clothes ect and tidy up after the kids
any advice is welcome

We had a cleaner for a 3 bed semi. Once every 2 weeks for 3 hours. Important thing was that the house was tidy for the cleaner. You want to pay them to clean, not tidy. And as long as we left it tidy, 3 hours was plenty to do a good job hoovering, dusting and cleaning kitchen & bathroom.0

If the cleaner has got other cleaning jobs with other people dont get her to clean for you after she has cleaned for someone else as she will be tired.
Get her to clean the kitchen first so the cloth to be used in bathrooms doesnt get used to clean the kitchen afterwards.
The ironing of 3 childrens clothes could take so long so make sure you have a good iron.0
