Foreign hotel bill

Could anyone tell me the best way to pay a hotel bill abroad. I booked a hotel direct in tenerife for my family in september and paid the deposit of 790 euros for which i was charged £19. When it comes to pay the balance what is the best way to pay. Thanks for any help
