Definitely the best pricing deal for me to switch to for electricity usage only but there doesn't seem to be any positive mentions of them on this forum...

I have had no problems with submitting readings or billing; I'm in my second year with them.
Indeed, I chose iSupply despite being aware of potential problems; especially refunds (see here: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4918607 ).
Look at the number of threads on this forum regarding other suppliers and the problems people have with them; it seems (to me) that iSupply are no worse (nor unfortunately any better) than the majority of competitors.
If iSupply are costing you less than the others, knowing this, why not give them a go?

So long as you're aware that:
    * the main system of contact is an online messaging system which can be a little "flakey" and may (okay, probably WILL) take a few days to get a reply.
    * the physical phone system of iSupply may well lead to you not being able to speak to an advisor, despite repeated attempts. They may not call you back as promised. They may not offer useful advice.
    * they may well decide to increase your monthly payment for no good reason ( despite you supplying meter readings ).
    * if your usage decreases from your estimate which you supply before commencing your contract, you may have difficulties (despite regular readings) in decreasing your payments to match your usage.
    * getting overpayments refunded is ..... challenging! ;)

The choice (AGAIN in my case; sorry :o) was: cheapest, knowing that MAYBE I could have problems with billing/refunds.
OR (much) more-expensive BUT less likelihood of problems arising.
For the hundreds of pounds I have saved so far by using iSupply, a few hours chasing a refund isn't too much effort. :p
Although I will freely admit to being able to do without that effort.
