I am not sure if this is the correct forum, so apologies if it is not. I bought a garden parasol from B & M yesterday. On opening it this morning we discovered a split along the length of one half of the pole. We have a B and M store which is much closer than the one we purchased it from. Would it be Ok to exchange it in the closer store?
