.Eligibility 2.1 Entrants must live within the FM transmission area of the radio station. A copy of the transmission area is available on request from the radio station.

3. Prize
3.1 2 x Return flights (Birmingham International to Newquay Cornwall Airport)
3.2 Two night stay on a B&B basis at the 4* star luxury Headland Hotel in Newquay.
3.3 Taxi transfer to and from the airport to the hotel
3.4 2 x ADF (Airport Development Fee) tickets (value £10) which are required when departing Newquay Cornwall Airport
3.2Orion reserves the right to substitute prize
3.3 No cash alternative will be made available
3.4 A double room or a twin room are available and either must be confirmed at the time of booking. Accommodation is not available to book between 6th – 10th August and on or over bank holidays. Bookings are subject to availability and if an Ocean View room is not available a Costal Room will be offered instead. Stays must be taken by 28th September 2014.
3.5 Flybe will issue 2 vouchers for return flights – Birmingham International / Newquay Cornwall Airport.
3.6 Prize included one pair of Flybe / Get More tickets which must be taken prior to the 28th September 2014
3.7 Each pair of return tickets must be used together. No change of companion allowed once the vouchers have been issued by Flybe
3.8 The prize includes transfers to and from the airport to The Headland Hotel in Newquay via Coastline Travel (the airports official onsite taxi service)
3.9 Both passengers must travel together. An adult must accompany any children or infant.
3.10 Flights must be taken before the 28th September 2014 Flight bookings must be made a minimum of 14 days prior to the date you want to travel and are subject to availability
3.11 Tickets are non-refundable.
3.12 No date changes will be accepted after the booking has been made.
3.13 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for any other prize or cash value
3.14 NQY Airport Development which is levied on all passengers departing the airport over the age of 16 will be paid for by Cornwall Airport Limited (CAL)
3.15 Entrants must be over the age of 18 with a valid passport or a form of ID stated as acceptable on the Flybe website
3.16 Hotel accommodation can be either a double or twin room in either a Ocean Room or Coastal Room subject to availability
3.17 Accommodation can’t be booked over any UK Bank Holiday or between 6-.10th August 2014
3.18 The hotel stay is on a B&B basis and all additional meals, drinks and personal charges are to be paid by the winner / occupiers of the rooms
3.19 Surnames and home towns of the winner may be used in press releases and social media updates by Newquay Cornwall Airport, Flybe and The Headland Hotel in conjunction with the launch of the new Birmingham / Newquay route.
