Collected mine today, Just before I went and had my free cake and hot chocolate, the guy didn't even look at my email, I mentioned it and had my phone in hand, but he just handed it over.

I collected mine today and the lovely lady gave me an extra one. I said I'd never used the product before but my sister uses it and I was going to give it to her, so she gave me an extra one. Thanks op.
