Consultation is just the lady putting the cleanser on your hand, wiping it off, spritzing toner and moisturiser on top! Painless, and also, we were waiting for them to bring the samples out of the backroom anyway so we had time

Got mine today from bluewater, lady was lovely and checked she could give me it without the consultation because they weren't officially open

I have signed up for this and will go to collect my sample. I use it already so a no brainer really!

I picked mine up yesterday. The consultation was- "have you used this before" and when I replied that I did daily she just handed it over!

Picked mine up on Sat at the Trafford Centre (very few samples remaining). I do use Liz Earle and the consultant was happy to hand over the sample and let me go on my merry way - I think I would have liked a skin consultation....

Picked mine up today at Westfield Stratford City. Lovely consultant told me on the phone that the promotion ended tomorrow and that if I came in today, she would keep one by for me.
