    I think it's always best to assume all three with these things.

    They're not limited to using any specific CRA, so even if they currently only use one or two, they're not bound by that and can use whichever ones they wish to in the future.

    Credit search done for mortgage and have full app in a weeks time

    Not a helpful answer, you know what they're trying to ask.

    Safe to assume they use all 3, have you got a black mark on one report and not another?
    Credit 'Score' - Don't buy the credit 'score' that Experian, Equifax and Noddle want to sell you. It's an arbitrary number that means nothing when it comes to applying for credit.

    ALWAYS HAVE A DIRECT DEBIT SET UP FOR THE MINIMUM PAYMENT ON YOUR CREDIT CARDS, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOU PLAN TO LOGIN AND PAY EACH MONTH.

    No all is clean and green. All ways pay on time

    However credit expert hasn't been updated and says owe more then I do

    How out of date is it? I'm guessing it says you owe more on a loan than you actually do, are you sure? Interest will be calculated daily and won't show up on the initial starting balance. It'll be added on to each recorded monthly balance.
