Court Advice ASAP please!!!!!!!!!!1

I have received a General Form of Judgment or Order from my local court.

The Judge has asked " The claiment must file in court and serve on the defendant a list showing the account number and the date and amount of each charge referred to in the claim"

Should I also include the rest of the CAG info or just copies of my statements and a list of charges plus a covering letter?

I don't want to appear foolish by swamping the Judge with info he has not asked for, but I don't want to risk the case being thrown out either!!!!

Help getting really worried here!!!!!!!!

The judge is only asking you for your schedule ... not any back-up papers or legal documents/settled cases, etc., etc.

I'd just submit your charges schedule and a copy of your bank statements with charges highlighted on them (only the statements with charges on them). These can then "back up" your charges schedule to prove it's correct. No need to submit anything else, or he would have asked you.

I submitted my bundle a while ago and it was 230 pages long! Nowadays, the judges seem to be coming down in favour of claimants more and more as they realise all the banks are paying up before court, so people are not being asked to submit so much. I've seen a number of people who've just been asked for their schedule by the way.

Good luck and think yourself very lucky!
