    Hi everyone,

You can check and register for updates via the Network status checker on our website.

I'm unable to link you directly to it due to the posting guidelines which company representatives are required to follow.

If no information comes up at first, try zooming out. Otherwise, I recommend following the troubleshooting steps on our eForum, which have been linked to here, so we can look into things further.

    Thanks,

    Jenny

I am the official company representative of Vodafone. MSE has given permission for me to post in response to queries about the company, so that I can help solve issues. You can see my name on the companies with permission to post list. I am not allowed to tout for business at all. If you believe I am please report it to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com This does NOT imply any form of approval of my company or its products by MSE"

Bee I have had this problem with O2 when they decided they weren't even going to repair a mast that was only a few years old, they also charged me to unlock my phone but as I was on pay as you go it was slightly easier for me I have now switched to Sainsburys which is vodafone!

A town quite local to me had a major problem with vodafone, you surely can't be the only one so is there a local facebook page, community forum you can ask on to obtain postcodes in your area that aren't getting a signal? Once you find you aren't the only one then try going to your local paper to get some publicity. Twitter is also another good idea.

Have a look at the link to see if there is any useful info especially the bit about the Vodafone VIP team and them being rapped by ofcom.
