Precision Glass Hebburn Beware

Just a warning to anyone thinking about ordering from this company in Hebburn Tyne&Wear.


I ordered a mirror and was told it would take 2 weeks after 3 weeks chased up and was told ready soon. Then in week 5 given delivery date-but they did not turn up.


Telephoned Andy the owner and said I wanted to cancel, he accepted this and said a full refund of deposit £90 would be given. This was later confirmed by him in an e-mail.


Now after 3 weeks and numerous e-mails and phone calls although promised over and over still no refund.


I contacted trading standards who went to visit the premises but they reported back that the unit looked deserted.


Looks like I have lost my cash but I hope I might just save others the same fate.
