    £500 seems a generous offer, how much did they pay for the installation? What outstanding problems are there?

    How did she end up in hospital over this? There must be some underlying mental health condition to have such an extreme reaction.

    Was the installation £2000 or does that include the goods? If they are not remedying the fault, how much will it cost to get someone else to do so?
