Hi
Has anyone out there had any dealings with this company ? They refused to pay out when I was made redundant twice !
My question is has anyone tried and succeeded in claiming miss selling claim against them ?

Has anyone out there had any dealings with this company ?
Yes. A well regarded company with a quality product issued on a standalone basis for the intermediary market. They refused to pay out when I was made redundant twice !
why?My question is has anyone tried and succeeded in claiming miss selling claim against them ?
No they havent. Paymentshield is not a retailer. They have no liability for the retail sales process. The seller has the liability. However, a failure to meet claims criteria is not the same as a mis-sale complaint. So, this comes back to why you were turned down for redundancy claims.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). did they refuse to pay out during your garden leave?Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0

You need to say why they didnt pay out? If its something like you were sacked or tried to claim whilst on garden leave then they wont pay out and this is nothing to do with mis-selling. If on the otherhand it didnt pay out due a pre-existing condition then you may have a point.0
