hut tub with silicone tubes

Hi,

I have a hot tub with silicone tubes and I'm having no luck finding maintenance instructions on the net. Can anyone help me? I live in a medium-hard water area.

I have a Jacuzzi bath and it says in order to clear pipes and jets, to use a couple of dishwasher tablets in the water and run it for 10 minutes. Periodically too, if it hasn't been used in a while, I put a small amount of bleach in and run it for a short time, It does foam up a lot though.


The link above says something about descaler for hard water areas. have you looked into that? A generic descaler for things like kettles may work, what about white vinegar?


If you post the manufacturer and model no of tub, we might be able to find a link for the manual.

The only info about the tub I can access to is that the pump is by Siren and it's serial number is pb 1c 270 n4b.
