You said you are buying in Niceville UK so I'm sure they don't have enough time to clean because they are out scouring the streets looking for a new place to live. It's not mean London where tenants will be passive aggressive by allow viewings only to jeopardize them by leaving a mess because they are p*ssed off being told to leave.
