PPI - Where do we start?!

Hi,
Very simply where do we start. We have had also sorts of loans/cc's/etc. over the past decade or so. Lots of information we do not have any more, different addresses (but not many).

Where do we start.
Any help appreciated, I also appreciate that this is probably quite a common question, so if I could pointed in the right direction for the correct thread.
Regards

    Hi there

You can request for a copy of your credit/finance agreement for a £1 cheque or postal order, where they have 12 days to comply, follow the info page on this where it should take you to the relevant parts you need to make that start.

There should also be a template letter to request your agreement and the agreement will confirm if any ppi or not.

If you have a reason to make a reclaim, (check reasons that may apply) and if you do believe you have a case, google in the bank/business name then check their own complaints procedure, they should also have the PPi complaints form, however, you may find that the complaint form for ppi reclaiming are the same for each business.

Any probs with not being able to find the info, feel free to post up the banks etc.

If any finance were taken out over the last 6 years, but you cannot remember who, a credit report for £2 may help, or check banking statements. :-)
