Encore Dog Food is the best dog food sold in Sainsburys. It has the best ingredients and is the healthiest for your dog as it has natural preservatives rather than E numbers like can be found in other foods.

Dogs are carnivores and need a high percentage of meat in their diet. Unfortunately most dog food is mostly cereals as it is cheaper. This is a fantastic deal it normally sells for £10-11.

Available in Puppy (£5.49) and Adult Chicken small/medium breed (£4.99).

I personally just use it as a training treat though which will last my dog for ages!

It is made by the same people that make Applaws food so it is guaranteed to be good quality but currently at half the price

I didn't check the cat aisle it could be on there too may be worth a check

I don't think Encore is that dissimilar from Applaws. Applaws is too pricey unfortunately whereas this deal is a lot more affordable
