Extra power sockets

Can someone please clarify this for me.
I'm in the process of selling a house. About 5 years ago a local registered electrician put some extra sockets in the living room. The solicitors acting for the purchaser have asked for " relevant paperwork or an indemnity policy. "
Apart from the invoice should I have been given anything?

If you get new sockets (non-kitchen/bathroom/outdoor ones like yours) put in now, you get a minor works certificate:

I'm not sure when these were first introduced, but I think it was at least 6 years ago.0 -
Just a Minor Works certificate. That work wouldn't come under the scope of Part P so that is all that's required.0

How does the solicitor know about them?
You should have kept your mouth shut.0
