Has anyone claimed PPI back from the HSBC? I have an account with them that was origionally the Midland bank so have always had the same Acc no and had a loan with them for years and paid PPI. They are saying they have no knowledge of me having a a loan and are asking for an Acc/no for the loan. I have no record of anything other than the Acc/no I have always had. Any help would be appreciated Thankyou.
