    I didn't answer, thought it was a mickey take as that picture was in every shabby council house when I was growing up in the 60s/70s.

    Well clearly the council wanted to elevate the level of cultural education by introducing the tenants to a major artist of the past century ;)

    Just ask the buyer what they prefer.

    Either way it doesn't really matter. Filling the holes and painting over it is a simple job for anyone.
