I thought sharing this information might help people when deciding to switch suppliers. Flow have not taken payment in advance i.e on the day of the switch. I have received an email that tells me it will be taken on the 14 June 2014 and then the 14th from their on. I rang flow and asked why this is and apparently they now set the direct debit up from the day of switch and then write to you with the dd date, They said its much easier for the customer to sort their finances out and ensure sufficient funds available. I think this is a great move from flow and being the cheapest for me its a bonus, I did worry when the actual switch date was going to be to be able to have funds available:beer: as said not a problem now.
