Laminate flooring underlay question

Could someone tell me whether you generally have to buy the underlay separately or is it included with the laminate boards?

They are separate.Pants0 -
Usually use the Combilay myself as it combines a damp proof membrane and cushion for the boards. If your floor is more uneven you may need the fibre board variety.That gum you like is coming back in style.0
