Muslin cloths vs cotton wool vs wipes for cleansing

Just wondering which you prefer. Those of you who use muslin cloths, how often do you change them and put them in the wash and do they remove eye make up fully?

Cotton wool pads with a milky cleanser for me. Face wash in the shower.

I did dabble for a while with muslin cloths and hot cloth cleansers but the faff was too much for me. I've passed them on to OH (hot cloth cleanser with the muslin cloths) who thinks it's a weekly treat for his face and takes care to rinse out his muslin cloth .
