Trans games from one xbox 360 to another

My daughter has Minecraft on the Xbox 360 (bought voucher from Game) but has now bought a console for her room.
Is there any way she can transfer the game to her new console or does she have to buy another game and start all over again?
Many thanks.

She can install the game on the second machine, however the disk will need to be in whatever machine she wants to play on. Also, if both machines are online she can save her games to the cloud. You might be able to transfer the save to a usb pen.0

Sorry, just realised. The bought the code from Game to play it on her laptop.
The one on the old xbox was downloaded from Xbox Live.0 -
Laptop (PC) Minecraft is not the same as 360 Minecraft, so those two games will always be separate.
As 360 Minecraft was bought on online, then if it was purchased through her gamertag/account, she can play it on her gamertag on any 360 console, as long as she is signed in.
If the game was bought online on a different gamertag, she will only be able to access the game on the 360 console where game was bought (or first played, if bought through xbox.com). As Tweeps says, a license transfer can move this to a different console, but she'll then lose access on the first console.Q: What kind of discussions aren't allowed?

Ok, not sure of where we stand but here is the gen.
It was downloaded using my husbands gamertag. Now she wants her own gamertag.b
I assume we can't transfer using the hard drive as the one it is already on is one of the original thick ones, the other one is a slimline model.

Sign in to the new Xbox on your husbands gamertag.
Re-download the game(no need to pay again).
Sign in to your daughters gamertag.
Play the game.
Should be as simple as that.
As far as save games go, try the cloud option as suggested.0 -

Yes, it *should be*!But our Corporate Overlords demand a few more hoops.
You get two licenses with every download game on 360: one for the gamertag, and one for the first console. The gamertag license means that gamertag can play on any console. The first console license means that any gamertag can play on that console.
Using the method above, you've got an unlicensed gamertag (DaughterTag) playing on an unlicensed console (second console).
HusbandTag will be able to play the game on a second 360, or third, or fourth, etc. But DaughterTag will still be confined to the first 360.
A license transfer would work, but then the licenses would be moved from the first console to the second. Not copied. Moved. HusbandTag will still be able to play everything on the first 360 while signed in. If there's a WifeTag or BrotherTag who want to play, though, this is a problem!
Then again, I haven't transferred licenses in a couple of years. The last time I did it, you had to move ALL of the licenses together. I doubt it's updated to let you move one at a time, but who knows? Check it out.
Also: if Daughter has been playing Minecraft on Husband's gamertag, her Minecraft saved game will be on Husband's gamertag. It will not transfer to a new gamertag. She will have to start again.Q: What kind of discussions aren't allowed?

Thanks for all of your help and advice folks.
He hasn't done anything yet, I think he is waiting for a code or something regarding setting up Xbox live involving parental authority.
I would imagine he will pay to download it again on the new console once that is sorted, looks like it will be the easiest option. I think it is about £12.99, so she is willing to spend pocket money on that.0 -
If there aren't many download titles on the first console, could she have the old one and the new one goes in the front room (or wherever)?
If she doesn't mind used games or using an OLD-SKOOL DISC!!! she can get Minecraft on disc for £8.99 at SweetBuzzards.Q: What kind of discussions aren't allowed?
