Income tax rebate - becoming a student again

Hi,

I've been working for a year after uni for the same firm and have paid approximately £8k income tax so far. However, I'll be leaving soon to return to University for another year. Can anyone tell me if I'm entitled to a tax rebate and if so how much I could realistically expect to get back as well as which form I should fill out.

Thanks a lot,

Luke

Over what time period have you paid £8K income tax?

Are you not planning to work whilst being at uni?
    Gone ... or have I?
