Quote for putting in new radiators

Dear all, I wonder if anyone can help? We were given a quote of £230.30 (incl VAT) for the following work:
Supply and fit 600 mm by 600 mm K1 single radiator
Fit a second radiator (we already have a new radiator which we will supply)
Remake valve tails on dining room radiator
It sounds pretty steep to me but I know nothing! Can anyone advise please? We live about 6 miles south of Oxford.
