    Rejected at £114k. He has previously rejected £117k from another buyer but it sold at £120k before but fell through. Have offered £118k but think I might leave it at that if he rejects that too.

    I would stick to your offer for a couple of days. They must have been looking to buy another house so will want to move pretty quickly I would have thought. So I bet Monday you may get a call to say 118K is fine.

    If they reject your £118k offer, i would tell them you wont be providing a higher offer and you already have other viewings booked in at the weekend. see if that spurs them on. If not, and after you have viewed this other house, you can re evaluate.
