Garden shed troubles

Hi, I recently purchased a bike storage shed from gardenbuildingsdirect.co.uk (kybotech) but changed my mind and cancelled the order three days later. Since cancelling the order delivery was attempted and refused by me! They acknowledged the mistake and promised a refund would be arranged in 2-5 working days. However 3 days later (today) the shed was delivered without my knowledge or consent, basically just dumped in my back garden at 6:30am! I called their customer service and they apologised (again) and promised a refund in 2-5 working days again!
In the meantime I just wondered, what can I actually do? I don't have any confidence I will get the refund and feel they are trying to force me to accept the shed!

As long as you cancelled the order via a 'durable means' (email/fax/letter) then you should be able to prove the order has been cancelled.
Assuming you did then If there is no action forthcoming, start putting everything in writing.
Whilst it's still all clear in your head, then if you haven't already then summarise the important dates & times of when things happened.0 -
I would suggest that you send them an e-mail stating that you wish to take advantage of their 10 day returns policy and that you want them to arrange collection of the unwanted shed.
Under this policy, they should give a full refund and they will cover the returns costs.
If you're not 100% happy with your new purchase, you can return it for free within 10 days of delivery. You'll get a full refund too!
