My movie stream Voucher offer

Took out dvd rental with them in april and promised £10 hmv voucher for doing so,its july and i aint had it,emailed loads,says they are having problems with the supplier every time,i have cancelled my subs with them but expect the voucher to be honest.

I have been patient but seems to get me nowhere,thinking of adopting a more forceful strategy,i know its only a tenner but whats due is due eh
