    Oh right, sorry, yes well life has just been tough, self-employed, recession etc and because I wasn't dealing with it myself, it was kind of 'out of sight, out of mind' and suddenly, wham 18 months gone by.

    So all that said, should I be fighting in line with my thoughts as per above, or should I be accepting what I see as part settlement based on part payment to date?

    You need far more information in order to proceed wisely.

    Everyone here is without this information too and so cannot really advise further.

    Ok thats fair enough, understood.

    So I will contact DG direct and get their explanation. My initial concern was just whether there was a six month time limit or something, which i had missed.

    Will come back on here when I get their response.
