As I said earlier, this probably accounts for your confusion over how they have worked out the redress offered to you.They may be loosing out on further potential interest, but certainly the interest of 13.9% on top of the £20k is being paid.
The only way to be sure is to contact the solicitors handling your case.

Oh right, sorry, yes well life has just been tough, self-employed, recession etc and because I wasn't dealing with it myself, it was kind of 'out of sight, out of mind' and suddenly, wham 18 months gone by.0 -

Ok thats fair enough, understood.
So I will contact DG direct and get their explanation. My initial concern was just whether there was a six month time limit or something, which i had missed.
Will come back on here when I get their response.
