i just did 2 early upgrades on both myself and partners mobile phones. we both got the same phone on the same tarif, 2 days later his phone is not working properly, ( faulty speaker ) and we both hate the new phones. i would like to return the phones and change to another model. i have no problems with the tarif or network, just the phones crap !!! what are my rights. i have had the phones for 3 days.

Upgrades have no cooling off period.
Your best bet is to keep the contract, sell the phones for what you can on eBay/Gumtree/Friends and buy different phones through sim free or PAYG.
Of course if the phone is faulty they need to repair/replace it, but that still doesn't solve the fact you don't like them.0 -
Well, his should be returnable, as it's faulty, but they don't need yo change the phones because you don't like them.
Carphone Warehouse used do a 48 hour thing, where they would exchange, but no retailer has to.

You can tell a lot about a woman by her hands..........for instance, if they are placed around your throat, she's probably slightly upset.
