Great thank you. Does the OR ask for paperwork prior to the interview? I'm just wondering if I need to start to get bank statements etc ready.

Sorry for high-jacking someone else's thread.
I didn't need my bank statements for either interview.
The first interview was about 10 minutes long, it covered basic things such as the biggest creditor, any assets and I believe that determines if a second longer interview is required.
The second interview lasted about any hour, during this we went over the forms submitted. Talked through the creditors and what the debts were for, worked through the SOA and came to an agreement that an IPA would be payable, to which I'm more than happy to pay. It's a level of payment thats manageable, the OR even helped to increase some areas of my SOA when reducing other areas so don't worry if they try and change things, they won't leave you to struggle and will even ask if you are happy with the revised figures if they are revised
The bank statements are then sent off by post along with anything else the OR requests. They then go through your provided information and if they need answers they will contact you. Don't worry about not having statements as they can get them, it just makes things a bit quicker/easier if you do have them.
Good luck
