Ikea .How do you make contact ?

Two months ago Ikea started to install my kitchen but did not complete. I have phoned, written and sent numerous emails trying to get a completion date without success. As they have now stopped replying to my emails can anyone suggest a way to contact them. All I want is my kitchen finishing, never again will I prepay a multinational. Lesson learned.

Hard to know without knowing more about the circumstances, but you could send a "letter before action" outlining that you will take them to the small claims court if they don't sort out your problems.
