You've put May instead of April haven't you? And add the point that the late NTK means 'no keeper liability':

    7) Breach of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 - no keeper liability esablished
Finally, it is worth noting that the date of the alleged incident was 23rd of April 2014. ParkingEye’s first notice to keeper is dated 10th of May 2014 with actual receipt of the letter taking place on the 14th of May 2014. In short, ParkingEye’s notice to keeper breaches the Protection of Freedoms 2012 by being well beyond the statutory 14 days and as keeper I cannot be held legally liable.

    :)
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

    Thank you both.

Appeal submitted electronically and acknowledged by appeal body. Saves me a trip to the post office!
Hearing next month after which I will be notified by email.
