Hi,
A very good friend of mine has received an 'Enforcement Process Commenced' notice from the above company.
It all started with a council parking ticket where she wasn't quite within the lines of a parking bay length wise. Her car is large (Kia Sedona) and back was overhanging the start or a roadside parking bay.
She appealed to the council within 7 days and heard nothing more until now.
It says on the notice of enforcement that a court judgement or order of enforcement power by virtue of which the debt is enforceable - Warrant issued dated May 06, 2014
Surely she should have been notified of this court hearing ?
Advice please.

You should take this to the Pepipoo Forum as they are the experts on legit/council tickets.
Read the info threads carefully before posting and be ready to provide all the info they ask for (eg depersonalised copies of all letters/paperwork) and post in the appropriate forum.0 -
