CEL Claim form N1 for Whitby CoOp

DCL
New poster here, read a few snippets of advice ever since receiving the ticket from December 12. Ignored all until a claim form turned up yesterday from Northampton County Court. Paperwork looks very amateurish. I have read the stickies, but still sort of confused and don't have much internet time at work. I'd gladly appreciate anyone guidance on first of all to write a letter to CoOp etc etc The parking ticket was based on ANPR camera reg recognition, claiming the car had been in car park over 3 hours (it had) We had been shopping within the owner shop and spent quite a bit as we were staying in the town for a few days. No receipts or statements as cash sale. Bill is for over £200, please help !!

Please just search this forum for 'Co-op' as your keyword - or 'Civil Enforcement' - that's the best way to use any forum first and spares us repeating the same stuff every day (we can just about manage every other day!).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
