Tongue & Groove / Shiplap Shed

First Post: I wonder if anyone can help, i am having tons of problems with Forest Garden after purchasing a shed and have multiple problems in just months with it.
Forest Garden have now agreed to do anything to sort the problem out so we requested a replacement shed which is the shiplap design and they have agreed to this but yesterday we received a letter saying a Tongue & Groove shed would be delivered on Friday.
I have been in touch with them again to ask which one is it we are getting because they have now told us two different types and there response today was.
The one being delivered is classed as tongue and groove / shiplap which is an upgraded version of what we have.
I have just asked a shed company online and they have informed me its either one or the other you cannot get tongue and groove / shiplap in one shed.
Can anyone confirm if you can get a tongue and groove / shiplap together or is it one or the other? Thank you.

I have contacted them to go into more detail but the way there customer services act i have a feeling i will be ignored.0 -

It could have a tongue and groove floor/roof and shiplap sides. Depends on the quality. The cheaper ones will have OSB floors/roof. If the roof and floors are solid timber, then shiplap is not suitable for this job.0
