It's been two weeks now since POPLA informed me that they found in my favor against CP Plus and that they should "cancel the parking charge notice forthwith".
I've had no communication from CP Plus confirming that they have carried out POPLA's instructions.
Surely they should be sending me a credit note to put through my books against their unfounded invoice?..... I suppose an apology would be expecting too much.
Is this normal practice?

Can you not hear the stamping of small feet?My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
