WD Bathrooms - Faulty Cubicle - Ceased trading

Hi
I purchased a shower cubicle from WD bathrooms last year and it had developed a fault - unfortunately they have ceased trading with their website being taken over by another company - who say they have only bought the website and not the company so they cannot help with my problem.
The shower cubicle has a lifetime guarantee and is branded 'aquasata' - but I cannot find anything online relating to this company apart from on the WD Bathroom site.
I paid for the item with paypal over 45 days ago they are unable to help with this - can anyone advise what I can do or where I stand
many Thanks

I've never heard of Aquasata. Could it be a brand that WD Bathrooms owned?
Was the Paypal purchase backed by a credit card?Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
lots of results on the web, maybe contact one of the sellers who is still in business and see if they have contact details for the manufacturer/importer0

just come across this. I bought an aquasata shower 18 months ago from WD Bathrooms which needed a new runner. Called them and it turns out wd bathrooms website has been taken over by nationwide bathrooms who told me the shower is in fact one for ultra finishing Sienna range. I called them and they sent a runner out with no quibbles.0

So many Online Bathroom companies fighting for the same business & cutting each others throats.... It's like watching a stack of cards collapsing. A paradigm shift is a happening in Bathroom retail where people are waking up to the fact that local Studios and Showrooms offer better value and service and give a point of contact if issues materialise....
