Stretford Arndale- hide free parking information.

Visited Stretford Arndale yesterday, parking for blue badge holders is free although you'd be hard pressed to find the information. There are signs and pay & display machines throughout the car park. In very small writing on the UKPC signs which are high up but not the pay & display machines which are at eye level it states parking is free for blue badge holders. At the end of the row of disabled bays by the entrance there is a pay & display machine but no sign or information about free parking for blue badge holders, so unless a disabled driver crossed the car park to read one of the signs they'd have no idea they didn't have to pay.

I have no problem paying for parking when required but when it's free why try to hide the information.

Could it be greed by the owners helped by UKPC?

I don't get what your post is trying to ask or convey - they have displayed the information, albeit not in a way that placates yourself, but it is displayed on their signage.

I can't see them trying to hide anything. Surely if you were visiting (though why would you...Stretford...) you would contact them in advance (as most BB holders do) for advice on BB parking and fees.

Clearly also says on website there is 2 hours free for BB holders - http://www.stretfordmall.com/parking
