No Verification Code Supplied by Parking Eye - How do I appeal?

Hi All,
I received a rejection to my appeal from Parking Eye on 21st April, however there was no verification code. I wrote to them on 22nd April requesting for the verification code, however to date I haven't received the code and on the POPLA website I am not able to appeal without out a code.
I would be grateful for advise on how to go about appealing without the code as my 28 days to appeal is rapidly approaching.

Despite everything we think of PE, they're not one of the PPCs who prevaricate over issuing a POPLA code with a formal rejection letter. Are you sure:
a) You've received a formal rejection letter?
b) If so, double check it for a 10-digit numerical code.
c) Or, is the letter one asking for 'more information'?
If it's a) and no code, then you must send off a strong complaint to the BPA (address in NEWBIES sticky) and copy your complaint letter to PE.
You can't appeal to POPLA without a verification code.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
