This is a quote I have received from an independent shop : It seems very good to me and I am likely to go with them.

To supply and fit Cormar Sensation Heathers Carpet colour Mellow Gold with 10 Year Wear Warranty, to 4 x Bedrooms with 9mm underlay and Grippers.

To supply and fit Champagne Stripe Carpet colour Milan with 5 Year Wear Warranty, to Stairs and Landing with 9mm Underlay and Grippers.

To supply and fit Polyflor Colonia Luxury Vinyl Plank design New England Elm with 7 Year Wear Warranty, to Hallway, Lounge and Dining Room with 2 Part Latex Screed.

To supply and fit Polyflor Colonia Luxury Vinyl Tile design Cottage Yorkstone with Natural Oak Grouting Strip with 7 Year Wear Warranty, to Kitchen, Utility Room and Downstairs W/C with 2 part Latex Screed.

All above prices include easing of doors where necessary, Aluminium door thresholds, Vacuum throughout, all fitting costs and inclusive of VAT.

Please note I have discussed the job with my Boss and he has agreed as you have gone for the dearer Carpet in the Bedrooms we are happy to offer the Underlay, Grippers and Door Bars free of Charge as a gesture of goodwill.
