Hi Folks,
I'm sure you get these threads all the time. Looking for a bit of advice, The car park outside my flat is run by these people and Ive gotten a couple of tickets from them. There's space under the building to park, but its often full, and parking in the car park runs the risk of these tickets.
Following the advice given in these forums, any correspondence I've been sent chasing me for money has been duly ignored. Also, friends have parked and gotten these tickets, ignored them and they've went away.
However, I got a call from my dad today, who had a Sheriff Officer from Gordon and Noble at his door (the car is still logged at my parents house, as i've moved a few times.)
The guy gave him a letter saying that I was owe £675 for 5 separate offences (which is probably about right, over the course of 1 year.)
And that I had 7 days to pay or legal proceedings may be commenced by the Sheriff Court.
Anyway, here's the letter:

What do we all think, ignore? pay up?

You need to read the Sticky thread for Newbies at the top of the page that you appear to have missed. This will give you all the information you need.
Ignore advice is only for Scotland and NI. England and Wales advice is, do not pay, do not ignore.
Since you mention Sherriff's court I am guessing the vehicle is registered in Scotland, so the ignore advice is correct if this is the case.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -
Thanks for your advice.
I did read the sticky and found it helpful, i was hoping for some advice relevant to my situation, as I can't see anywhere about Sheriff's officers (or whoever they are) coming to your premises.

A simple forum search on 'Gordon & Noble' should give you a good flavour of all things Sheriff's Officers in the context of debt collectors and PCNs in Scotland. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

They have turned up as powerless debt collectors. It is not common for debt collecto rs to do this for parking stuff.
I am not sure of the wording to use for Scotland to tell them to not grace your parents property again.
