Ombudsman told me to wait 8 weeks...

Ombudsman ruled in my favour and told me that hsbc would be in touch in 8 weeks. been and gone! phoned hsbc and they said they sent me a offer out already (weeks before ombudsman ruling) said they would resend it out, still waiting. any advice on where to go next or how long to wait?
