WARNING
On Tuesday morning I discovered that instead of shaking hands, walking away and starting afresh a 'disgruntled' employee (now former) has been approaching our existing clients for over three months, behind our backs trying to lure them away with free signs. (If you intend to chase and recover debt its paramount you charge for signs and those who don´t, won´t and can´t) (See why) Meanwhile he was smiling and laughing with his peers whilst they provided him with new enquiries, processed his tickets, handled his correspondence, fought his appeals, won his court cases all of which inevitably created his wage packet. I can't describe in words how betrayed, disgusted and 'dirty' we all feel as despicable on its own, cannot describe how cheated we all feel from someone we trusted and loved explicitly.
Moving on...
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
As you may be aware it’s now 18 months since the ban on wheel clamping came into effect and I thought it perhaps prudent to provide an update on both the company and the industry. From a standing start (01/10/13) we have now acquired and service 850 clients in 180 towns and cities across the UK. (Last updated 01/05/2014) Our enviable reputation for service, effectiveness and standards have allowed our client base to diversify from local councils, corporate entities, local small and medium sized business and individuals who have sought a modern solution to a modern problem.
Over the last six months our operatives have applied over 10,500 Parking Charge notices (PCN) with over 54% payments within 14 days of the ticket incident being created. We have achieved an 82% success rate of payments for tickets issued. This we know is largely aided by using our in house state of the art Automatic Number Plate Recognition which not only allows an instantaneous 'read' of the offending vehicle license plate and parking infringement but also inadvertently identifies vehicles which are ´known´ or ´wanted by the authorities providing additional security and help with peace of mind. The whole process of uploading the details to our website, allowing payments to be processed is amazingly within 30 seconds of the photograph being taken.
STAFF
We have recently solidified our overall operation by installing a team of highly motivated, experienced and industry knowledgeable members of staff in our Head Office in Preston. The team comprises of customer service personnel, debt recovery officers, qualified programmers and professional account specialists. This unit complements and works in tangent with our already effective, conscientious yet committed field operatives. It was sad to lose so many dedicated staff, but Ian my communications chief has returned and is fortuitous to have enhanced his department with the recent arrival of Joanne and Phillipa. Melany still does the POPLA (Parking on Private land Appeals) and wins all but a few. Annette (my better half) does the accounts, Pete keeps all the systems running whilst Patrick is our new debt collector. A very professional team I must say and one that I am very, very proud off.
ACHIEVEMENTS
Understandably we have had many flaws in the early days but we have persevered and through commitment and dedication we have developed a team of staff within our Head Office staff who once again have achieved the UKAS : ISO 9001 the pinnacle of our industry standards, nationally recognized and revered by our competitors. We are just one of four in190 companies who have achieved a 4 star rating with our governing body, the BPA.
OTHER CHANGES
We have invested heavily in providing aluminium signs. These sturdy, durable yet vibrant and colourful message boards do not deteriorate and the life expectancy is infinitive as opposed to the 3~4 years previously expected from the cheaper plastic signs. Years of research and a generous helping hand from the Physiology department of the University of Lancashire have inspired us to develop noticeable images designed not only to deter unwanted parking on our clients land, but also look aesthetically pleasing on your buildings. Piece of mind for clients is now secured in the knowledge that our professional and active operatives are available to attend your location swiftly if required on request.

The truth ? :rotfl:When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Weep? I haven't stopped laughing - unless these tears of laughter rolling down my cheeks count as 'weeping'?
I wonder whether his defecting 'loved and trusted one' is none other than a certain Paul Hargreaves Esquire? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

If I was one of his clients receiving this claptrap, I'd be making sure I wasn't on his mailing list for any future version! These sturdy, durable yet vibrant and colourful message boards do not deteriorate and the life expectancy is infinitive
It's good to know that his signage life expectancy is now 'infinitive' (split, or otherwise). Where does he get these half-baked grammatical terms, and, with no sign of embarrassment, litter his public missives with them?
