Hello
I'm looking for an NPBS Netmaster Gold Current Account customer, to explain how their statementing works!!!???
When I press print statement, it's all the wrong way round (e.g, today's transactions at the top, earliest transactions at the bottom). Also, it doesn't seem to have a cut off date. I'm assuming this is their version of "Recent Transactions".
My question:
The account has been open for just over a month. Do they e-mail you to say a statement is ready, and when you print it, is it the right way round? OR am I missing the obvious here?
Thanks!
Hazza
